We're not in the business of collecting or selling your personal data. We are a design studio, and we use our website to showcase our work and connect with potential clients. This policy explains the very limited information we collect and how we use it for essential site functions, and only for that.

2. The Little Data We Collect (and Why)
 
We only collect what is absolutely necessary to run our website and communicate with you.
 

• If You Send Us a Message: When you fill out our contact form, we collect your Name, Email, and/or Phone Number.
  Why? So we can reply to your message or project inquiry. We don't add this information to any invasive marketing lists.
   

• Anonymous Website Analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our website. This collects anonymous, technical data like what browser you're using, what country you're in, and which pages you visited.
  Why? This helps us learn what parts of our site are working and what we need to improve. We cannot see your personal identity, and we are only looking at broad trends (e.g., "50% of our visitors are from Mumbai").
   

• Ad Performance (Non-Invasive): We use the Meta Pixel (for Facebook/Instagram) to see if our ads are actually working.
  Why? This simply tells us if the people who clicked our ad ended up visiting our site or filling out a contact form. We do not use this for invasive retargeting that follows you around the internet. Its sole purpose is to measure our ad spend and effectiveness.

 
3. What We Will NEVER Do
 

• We will NEVER sell your personal data.

• We will NEVER share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

• We will NOT use your data for any invasive marketing, spam, or telemarketing.

The only people who have access to your data are our service providers (like Google for analytics) who are also bound by their own strict privacy policies.

You have the right to your data. Since we collect almost nothing, this is simple:
 

• Right to Access/Delete: If you have ever contacted us and want us to delete your message (your name, email, etc.), just email us at admin@blrd.in and we will permanently remove it from our records.
   

• Opting-Out of Cookies: You can block cookies (including Analytics and Meta Pixel) at any time using your web browser's built-in settings.
